Powerful human-centred learning for your people problems

Free Discovery Labs

In October - November we’re offering a limited number of free Discovery Labs to help you get to the heart of your people problems using human-centred design.

What happens in a Discovery Lab?

In this interactive two-hour workshop, your team will collaborate to identify the obstacles holding them back and develop a clear, actionable plan to overcome them together.

The session can be held in-person at our offices in Bishopsgate, London, or in an interactive virtual workshop online.

Why do it?

The session will provide clarity, simplify the issues, and help build a strong business case for engagement with clear success criteria. It will also give you and your team a chance to step away from daily tasks to discuss, ideate, and innovate in a supportive and engaging environment.

Who are NKD?

We are an agency who specialise in Leadership Development and Learning and Skills Training that’s designed to engage people and create long-lasting cultural change for businesses. We work with clients from a range of industries and offer tailored solutions that are as unique as your employees. Because our work is all about people, we believe in bespoke human-centred design that’s backed by behavioural science and the latest learning research.

Ultimately, we want to make the world of work better for you, your people, your customers and your business. Learn more about NKD here

Is there any obligation to work with NKD after the Lab?

Absolutely none! The two-hour session is designed to help unpick the people challenges you’re facing. If you'd like to work with us to develop a tailored programme or provide further solutions following the session, we’d love to help, but there’s no obligation.
